Engineer by training.
Operator by instinct.
Obsessed with what's next.
I'm Carlos, an industrial engineer from Madrid who found his sweet spot where operations, strategy and technology meet.
Industrial engineer turned AI specialist. I design and lead AI adoption programmes, implement AI agent systems, and bridge the gap between emerging AI capabilities and real business operations, currently at PwC's banking and insurance practice across European markets.
I build things on the side. Real problems I can't leave alone, turned into working products. The best thinking on AI comes from people who've actually built with it.
Exploring opportunities to bring real AI solutions to real problems.

Business Operations & Transformation
I lead a strategy workstream on a major international transformation programme, designing the governance frameworks and automating the executive reporting that keeps C-level decisions moving across four European markets.
Innovation & AI Lead
I drive AI adoption across the department: spotting the use cases worth pursuing, proving the productivity gains, and running the learning roadmap that gets the whole team using AI well.
AI Agent Implementation
I led the end-to-end build of an Azure OpenAI agent that automates insurance claims intake, from document processing to case routing, with a human-in-the-loop layer designed for the regulatory bar of a major European insurer.

Proof, not
a buzzword list.
AI strategy & adoption
I find the high-value use cases and turn them into adopted programmes, not stalled pilots. 15+ use cases identified, a 50-person learning roadmap, real productivity gains.
Building AI-native products
I ship working software, not slide decks. From Azure OpenAI agents in regulated insurance to side projects with 250+ users in production, idea to live in weeks.
Programme & operations leadership
I lead cross-functional workstreams in complex, regulated environments: C-level stakeholders, governance frameworks, 150+ member operating models across European markets.
What I build with,
and what I've learned.
The actual stack I design and ship with — battle-tested on real products like EVA — and the certifications behind it.
