Since September 2026 I work as an AI Business Analyst at Job&Talent, on the product that lets last-mile delivery companies run their workforce: shifts, clocking in, absences and payroll.

It’s the next step after two years putting AI to work inside large organisations at PwC, this time from inside a company that builds its own product.

Getting the product used
I take companies from sign-up to real use: setting up the account, bringing their people over and getting shifts, clocking in and payroll to run through the product.

AI agents
I design and test the AI agents for demos, onboarding and support: what they know, how they talk and when they hand over to a person. In Spanish, English and German.

Adoption, in numbers
I measure which companies and workers really use the product and where they get stuck, so we know what to fix first.

From the field to the product
What I see with customers becomes product work: issues that can be acted on, clear priorities and a support model that scales.
